
The lounge, which is 6.20m x 4m and is double aspected. It has a Godin woodburner installed as well as a radiator. The kitchen has an 11kw Supra wood-burner with a floor vent above it feeding heat into the master bedroom. There is also a small radiator. The Lapeyre kitchen is Italian and made from honey-coloured solid wood, all topped with matching worktops.

		The main bathroom, which is downstairs, is 4.66m x 4m and has a large corner bath with oevrhead shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a heated towel rail and washing machine.
	There is a chauffe-eau (immersion heater) in the main bathroom which heats the water overnight on 'heures creuse' which is like the UK Economy 7 tariff. Sanitation is by a 3000 litre fosse toutes eaux which conforms to regulations when it was installed in 2000.
